Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and safety programs.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control across Southeast Michigan.
• Lead weekly meetings with sales staff and owners.
• Ensure permits, COs, punch lists, and warranty work are managed.
