A local restoration franchise is seeking a Construction Estimator to manage customer relationships and deliver accurate project estimates. This in-office position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with estimating software. Ideal candidates will have a BA in a relevant field and two years of experience in estimating or insurance adjusting. Qualifications

• 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationship for construction services.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.
• Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.
• Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.
• Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades.
