Responsibilities

• Inspect the property damage on site, including fire, water, wind, hail claims and other construction related damage.
• Prepare an estimate for the job.
• Negotiate with the insurance company.
• Sell the job to the property owner.
• Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.
