About The Construction Estimator Position

• The Construction Estimator will accept and evaluate client requests for construction proposals.
• Provide detailed and accurate proposals for requested work scope from clients.
• Perform construction bidding services and prepare cost estimates for clients.
• Arrange and attend project pre-bid site visits and assessments.
• Review bid documents.
• Manage the proposal process from inception to completion.
• Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings for distribution.
• Solicit pricing from vendors and sub-contractors.
• Locate new sub-contractors and vendors based on geographical areas.
• Update the subcontractor and vendor lists.
• Compile and update historical cost data.
