Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our construction team. The Estimator will analyze project drawings and specifications, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure alignment with project goals and budgets. This role is vital for the successful planning and execution of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project goals.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, and tenant improvement projects is a plus.
