Job summary

Stark Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare cost estimates for development and construction projects. You will evaluate drawings, specs, and documents to determine scope, materials, labor, and overall project costs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree and is proficient in MS Excel, Bluebeam Revu, ProCore, and other estimating tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong cost estimating background.
Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam Revu, ProCore and related tools.
Ability to read drawings and specifications for accurate estimates.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical scopes.
Develop accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specs, site conditions, and requirements.
Prepare conceptual estimates and budgeting documents for early-stage development.
Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and alignment with scope.
Evaluate materials, equipment, systems, and construction methods to optimize value.
