Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare detailed, timely cost estimates for development and construction initiatives. You will evaluate drawings and specifications to determine scope, materials, labor, and overall project costs.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Development, Planning & Design, Construction and Finance to support project life cycles. You will travel to project sites, review documents, and utilize estimating tools like Bluebeam Revu and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specs.
• Experience preparing detailed estimates, budgets, conceptual pricing, and bid analyses.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take offs for civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical scopes.
• Develop accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgeting documents for early stage development.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide estimating support throughout project life cycles.
