Estimator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and a degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects

-Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents

-Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes

-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers

-Participate in bid meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

-3–5 years of experience in construction estimating

-Experienced in quantity takeoffs

-Ability to perform conceptual + schematic estimates

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field

-Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen, Roctek, Bluebeam, Excel workbooks)

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
