Freccia Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team in Austin, TX. You will gather information, analyze documentation, and prepare accurate residential and commercial estimates to support profitable decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an estimator, strong math and analytical skills, and proficiency with estimation tools. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 per year, reflecting a senior role within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred.
• 5+ years previous experience as an estimator on residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Skilled in relevant software (Ediphi, BlueBeam, Construct Connect, MS Means, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, etc).
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the company in making profitable business decisions by gathering information and preparing accurate estimates.
