Position Summary

Atlas National Renovations is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Renovations Estimator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and multi-family renovation projects. You will work closely with the operations team to develop budgets, perform quantity take-offs, and contribute to pricing strategies that align with company goals and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial renovation projects
• Develop project budgets based on scope, labor, materials, and subcontractor input
• Evaluate bid specifications, architectural plans, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, preconstruction teams, and subcontractors throughout the bidding and budgeting process
• Track and analyze project costs, ensuring adherence to company pricing standards
• Maintain organized estimate documentation and ensure timely submissions
• Provide clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial or multi-family renovation projects
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost management, and budgeting
• Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend, Xactimate, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience reading blueprints and scopes for construction projects
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience preferred
