• Manage ground-up commercial bids across Arizona.
• Perform concrete and tilt-wall takeoffs and pricing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and level bids.
• Ensure clean handoffs to Operations and Project Teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Ground-up commercial bids across Arizona
• Concrete and tilt-wall takeoffs and pricing
• Subcontractor coordination and bid leveling
• Conceptual, ROM, and hard bids
• Clean handoffs to Operations and Project Teams
• 10–15% bonus + profit sharing
• 401(k) with 7–12% company contribution (no employee match required)
