This role involves overseeing concrete and tilt-wall takeoffs, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring clean handoffs to project teams. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant experience and proficiency with estimating software like Procore. The position offers a 10-15% bonus, full medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with substantial company contributions.

• Experience in concrete, tilt-wall, structural, and full building scopes.
• Ability to manage risk and coordinate subcontractors.
