Job Description:

Manage daily operations of construction restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and team members involved in restoration services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final walk-throughs with customers and secure signed satisfaction documents
• Conduct construction meetings and provide project updates
• Schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee construction technicians and plan daily tasks
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope
• Document activities and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate vendors and subcontractors
• Process insurance claims and coordinate inspections
• Identify scope of work outside contracted areas

Qualifications:
