Our client, a well-established Commercial GC located in New York City, is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team.

They have been providing construction and project management services to public and private clients across the NYC commercial sector.

Description

• Obtain bidders lists for projects that have been scoped and estimated.
• Actively pursue bid projects with timely follow-up and awareness of project status.
• Assist customers with project and product inquiries.

Profile

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the building/construction/property industry.
• Experience with conceptual estimating.
• Ground-up project knowledge and experience.
