• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for all project phases, including materials, labor, and equipment.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project needs and refine estimates.

• Maintain thorough documentation of estimates, bids, and project costs for reporting and compliance.

• Track record of delivering accurate cost estimates that support successful project execution within budget and time line constraints.
• Solid knowledge of contract compliance and scope definition for subcontractor agreements.
