• Candidates should possess Cost Management and Budgeting skills to develop, track, and update project costs and financial forecasts.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with project teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Excel or similar tools.
• Knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and local building codes; experience in commercial or multi-family construction is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in construction estimating or a related role; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.

Role Description

The Construction Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for preparing detailed estimates for concrete projects, including reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and developing accurate cost projections. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing bids, coordinating with project managers and field supervisors, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes, and updating budgets throughout the project lifecycle. The Estimator will also prepare bid documents, participate in pre-construction meetings, and communicate timelines, cost assumptions, and scope clarifications to internal teams and clients. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration to understand project conditions, verify measurements, and support effective project planning.
