We are a growing Construction Company, looking to bring on a Construction Estimator to join our team. We specialize in industrial, retail, commercial, multi-family, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Evaluate plans & specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience estimating scopes of work for industrial, commercial, higher education, high-rise, etc.
• Proficiency in company technology and preconstruction systems
• Leadership skills in managing a team of estimators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
