Job summary

IAPMO in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support interior and exterior renovation projects across hospitality, healthcare, senior housing, multifamily, municipal, institutional, and commercial properties.

The role performs detailed takeoffs, develops cost estimates, gathers subcontractor pricing, levels bids, identifies scope gaps, and collaborates with project management and field operations through handoff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial renovation estimating experience.
• Interior and exterior renovation experience.
• Strong commercial construction and trade-scope knowledge.
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, narratives, and site documentation.
• Subcontractor outreach, pricing, bid leveling, and scope clarification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Pay: $90K–$120K

Travel: Up to 25%

This position performs detailed takeoffs, develops cost estimates, gathers subcontractor and vendor pricing, levels bids, identifies scope gaps, and partners with project management and field operations through project handoff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial renovation estimating experience
• Interior and exterior renovation experience
• Strong commercial construction and trade-scope knowledge
• Proficiency with PlanSwift, STACK, ProEst, OST, or similar software
• Strong Excel and Bluebeam skills
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, narratives, and site documentation
• Subcontractor outreach, pricing, bid leveling, and scope clarification experience
• Pantera, Pipeline, or similar ITB platform experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered
