Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience with commercial construction (ground-up and/or renovation).
• Strong understanding of scopes, assemblies, and subcontractor trades.
• Ability to prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates.
• Experience with subcontractor solicitation, leveling, and scope review.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Estimators work closely with operations, project managers, and leadership to ensure clean handoffs, tight scopes, and competitive bids.
• Prepare accurate, timely estimates for ground-up and renovation projects across commercial sectors.
