Job summary

COA Network Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals in Oklahoma City. You will conduct quantity takeoffs, review drawings and specs, and coordinate pricing with subcontractors and vendors to develop accurate, audit-ready estimates.

You will lead and mentor junior estimators, contribute to value engineering, and support procurement and logistics planning across multiple trades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, trade scopes, labor productivity, and general requirements.
  • Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience building strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Support project logistics, staging, phasing, procurement presentations, and bid-day activities.
  • Prepare professional estimate deliverables and maintain complete audit trails.
  • Mentor junior estimators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
