The role blends field experience with effective instructional practices to develop technicians and support internal skill advancement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, strong systems knowledge, and a passion for teaching and mentoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience on construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment systems, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Hands-on experience with excavators, dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, or similar heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with learners at varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Train on excavators, dozers, skid steers, and wheel loaders.
• Demonstrate service procedures, safety practices, and diagnostic methods.
• Tailor delivery to different skill levels and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records and certification tracking.
