Job summary

EquipmentShare in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Territory Account Manager to grow the customer base and drive revenue across construction markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build relationships with contractors and principals, and represent our equipment solutions.

This role offers a competitive total compensation model with base salary, uncapped commissions, and substantial growth potential.

Qualifications

• Tenacious outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors and company principals.
• Willingness to travel and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from analysis to closing.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads; maintain CRM records.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing base with education on EquipmentShare solutions.
• Maintain 100% client satisfaction with service and support; inform on new offerings.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve experience.
• Support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement.
• Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site as needed.
