Qualifications

• At least 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Service Technician timecards and safety training records.
• Generate work order logs and previews on completed work orders.
• Enter data into the service business system and prepare warranty claims.
• Run reports and assist with billing and invoicing.
• Schedule field service and dispatch trucks.
• Maintain clean, organized warranty parts storage.
• Inform Branch Service Manager of productivity and issues.
