Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking construction engineers to operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment in support of engineering projects. You will drive heavy earth-moving machinery to clear sites and prepare ground, enabling mission success.

Enlistment is required with no prior experience needed; must be a US citizen, 17–34 years old, high school diploma, and pass background checks, a drug screen, and fitness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 34.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• No felony.
• Must be in good health with no physical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulldozers and road graders and other heavy earth-moving equipment to clear and excavate.
• Use scrapers to cut and spread fill material and transport machinery for missions.
• Operate all-wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways.
