You will perform routine maintenance, monitor operation, and follow work plans; strong teamwork and clear communication are essential on site. This role may involve lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance when required and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Current driver’s license with required endorsements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, crane, and more as directed.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and detect malfunctions in equipment.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels.
