Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to join the Texas Division in the Austin area. You will operate dozers, loaders, backhoes, scrapers, and compactors on active construction sites and read blueprints and stake markers.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, with 5+ years preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. Extreme weather conditions, safety protocols, and on-site teamwork are part of the job. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating dozer, loader, backhoe, scraper, or compactor.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
