Job Description:

OHR Rents is looking for an experienced Construction Equipment Mechanic to join our Cleveland team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with aerial lifts and other construction equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for both rental and customer‑owned equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) services and annual inspections in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards
• Conduct thorough safety inspections on all equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and sales personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on construction or heavy equipment
• Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
