Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of construction equipment. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems to meet manufacturer and customer specifications.

The role involves using diagnostic tools and laptops, with supervision, and may include installing kits and preparing units for sale or warranty service. A HS diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance of construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and performs customer and warranty repairs with documentation (photos/info).
• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Inspects new equipment from manufacturers for readiness.
• Installs salesman kits on new/used equipment.
• Inspects trade-ins for sale readiness.
• Diagnoses and repairs electrical, hydraulic, diesel and gasoline systems.
