• Strong ability to perform engineering computations and analyses.
• Experience planning and delivering construction engineering projects.
• Ability to manage scopes, schedules, and budgets with QA/QC focus.
• Effective communication with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs moderately difficult engineering computations.
• Lead planning, analysis, and delivery of construction engineering projects.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact for contractors and authorities.
• Prepare complete engineering plans or reports.
• Use engineering design software to prepare documents.
• Oversee staff and ensure project safety and compliance.
• Attend meetings outside regular hours as needed.
• Relocation is available.
