Job summary

FOXXSTEM in Washington, DC is seeking Construction Engineering Inspectors with roadway and/or utility experience for a wide range of projects. A minimum of 3+ years in a related role is preferred.

Responsibilities include field inspections, QA sampling and reporting, daily input of inspection data, and regular communication with clients and contractors. FOXXSTEM offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

FOXXSTEM is hiring Construction Engineering Inspectors with roadway and/or utility experience for a wide range of construction projects. We are looking for minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role but prefer more seasoned and experienced applicants.

The Inspector will perform but is not limited to the following:

• Conduct field inspections
• Work on various roadway and bridge projects within the region
• Oversight of contractor's quality control operations
• Quality Assurance sampling, testing and reporting
• Data input from Daily Inspection Reports in preferred client software
• Daily communication with client, contractor, and field project personnel

Preferred Certifications

• Asphalt, Soils & Aggregate, Concrete, OSHA, HMA, Erosion & Sediment Control.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience level, education, licensure and/or certifications.
