Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction on multiple sites to ensure work aligns with client scope and ethical engineering standards.
• Identify services outside the approved scope and generate Change Orders or Additional Services requests.
• Review contractor pay applications, prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Write field reports, correspondence, and shop drawing reviews; handle permit reviews for project certification.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid specifications, and technical contracts.
• Supervise field staff and coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and utility companies.
