Job summary

United States Army Reserve is seeking a Construction Engineer to operate heavy construction equipment and assist engineers in planning and evaluating construction site needs. The role includes transporting equipment between sites and supporting Army construction projects. The position accommodates full-time or part-time schedules with paid training.

U.S. citizenship or a Green Card is required, along with a high school diploma and passing background checks and health requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must be in good physical health.
• ASVAB Clerical score 101 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment (bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes, excavators, road graders).
• Assist engineers to analyze construction site needs and plan projects.
• Transport heavy equipment between sites as needed.
