• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post-education experience in construction and inspection oversight.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for your discipline and perform inspections and audits.
• Support the Resident Engineer in managing oversight for compliance.
• Review plans/specifications, shop drawings, design changes, RFIs, and work plans.
• Coordinate effectively with Contractors and QA/QC representatives.
• Review inspection reports for completeness and maintain quality, schedule, and cost tracking.
• Provide technical assistance to inspectors and participate in Hold Point inspections.
• Interact with contractors and clients in a confident and professional manner.
