About The Role

Technicians are responsible for providing a high-quality experience for all clients using Electrik Pros. They ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed with high-quality care in commercial services. Technicians also ensure they provide an excellent customer experience by communicating project updates or key findings to clients professionally.

What You'll Do

1. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with the Electric Code.
2. Run tests on electrical components to ensure safe and effective installations.
3. Inspect electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
4. Provide estimates to clients based on your findings.
5. Communicate issues to clients, discussing payment options and scheduling.
6. Record all payments and costs in company databases.

What You'll Need

1. 3+ years of commercial electrical experience.
2. Bonus: experience with public school projects and a valid, unexpired state/county badge for schools.
3. Knowledge of current NEC standards related to commercial electrical systems.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
6. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
7. Professionalism within the electrical service industry.
8. Self-driven with a desire for advancement.
9. Motivated to exceed expectations.
