Job summary

Structis, part of the MaxTech family, seeks a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota to support gypsum and concrete products across projects. You will operate a bobcat, assist crew, deliver supplies, and set up hoses for pours, with paid training and a strong benefits package in a team-focused environment.

Starting wage ranges from 28.00 to 34.00 per hour, plus weekly pay, year-round work, and advancement opportunities alongside medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA/HSA,

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Basic knowledge reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to travel overnight 1–2 times a month to neighboring states.
• Prior construction experience a plus.
• Experience with concrete crews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up the hose for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into a mixer.
• Carry supplies onto a job site.

About You:

• Class A CDL
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus
