Job summary

Structis Company is seeking a CDL Driver / Floor Underlayment Installer to support gypsum and concrete-based products across projects in New England. Expect driving to multiple sites, loading supplies, and assisting crew members with installation tasks.

The role offers weekly pay, year-round work, training, and a strong benefits package. Ideal candidates are CDL holders with basic tools and measurement skills, reliable and on-time, able to lift up to 80 lbs, and comfortable working in variable

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required.
• Basic hand tools knowledge.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of multi-tasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Prior construction or concrete crew experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist crew members on site.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a Bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up hoses for pouring and connect to mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into mixer.
• Carry supplies onto job sites.

CDL Driver / Floor Underlayment Installer - Local

About You:

• Class A CDL
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus

Primary Objective

Our CDL Drivers / Installers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.
