Job summary

Structis, part of the MaxTech family, is hiring a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota. Starting wage is $28.00 to $34.00 per hour, with weekly pay and year-round work.

You will support gypsum and concrete product installs, operate a bobcat, deliver supplies, assist crew, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Requirements include Class A CDL, ability to read a tape measure, good reliability, and willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per month.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and read a tape measure.
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
• Able to travel overnight 1–2 times a month to neighboring states.
• Experience in construction or on a concrete crew is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members on site.
• Operate small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up hoses for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into mixer.
• Carry supplies onto job sites.

About You:

• Class A CDL
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus

Primary Objective

Our CDL Drivers / Laborers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.
