Hunt Capital Partners seeks a Construction Draw Administration Specialist to process construction loan and equity draws and serve as primary contact for Developers and inspectors. The role can be based in Henderson NV, Encino CA, Boston MA, or Denver CO.
You will prepare budgets, review loan documents, monitor development budgets and insurance, coordinate leasing reports and 90-day operations, and generate reports in Investor Central.
The Construction Draw Administration Specialist processes construction loan and equity draws in accordance with established procedures. Serves as processing point of contact for Developers and third-party inspector vendors to resolve Development Budget related questions and issues. This position can be based in:Henderson NV, Encino CA, Boston MA, or Denver CO.
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $70,304 - $85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
