Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 8-10 years of direct accounting experience in commercial construction.
• Expertise in ASC 606, WIP, and job-cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional accounting activities and monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Oversee revenue recognition, WIP schedules, and margin analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and project teams.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance across the division.
• Coordinate audits and external reviews and drive process improvements.
