Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton seeks a Construction Division Leader to oversee all construction projects and drive service quality for customers. You will manage a diverse team, coordinate Project Managers, and ensure schedules and budgets align with the scope of work.

Ideal candidates bring restoration industry experience, construction management background, and strong leadership and communication skills to deliver results, maintain profitability, and support career progression within SERVPRO’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Xactimate and restoration industry preferred.
• Previous construction management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other Project Managers

As a Construction Division Leader with SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Xactimate Experience
• Restoration Industry Experience
• Previous construction management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
