Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is seeking a Construction Division Leader to guide restoration projects and ensure top-tier service for clients. You will oversee the construction team, manage PMs, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with plans and codes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, Xactimate experience, restoration industry background, and proven PM skills; PMP is a plus. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Xactimate and restoration projects preferred.
• Proven construction management experience is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
• Document each project including photos, contracts, and change orders.
• Conduct end-of-day/debrief with Project Managers.

As a Construction Division Leader with SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other Project Managers

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Xactimate Experience
• Restoration Industry Experience
• Previous construction management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
