Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is seeking a Construction Division Leader to oversee all construction projects, ensuring the highest quality of service for customers and clients. You will manage the construction team, assign leads to Construction Project Managers, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with plans and codes, document projects, and conduct end-of-day debriefs.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven restoration project management track

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Xactimate experience is required.
• Restoration industry experience is required.
• Previous construction management experience is required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other Project Managers.

As a Construction Division Leader with SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements

Position Requirements
