Job summary

Ankura is seeking a University Intern in Construction, Disputes & Advisory to support project teams in Phoenix, AZ or Miami, FL.

You will assist with data gathering, detailed document review, and schedule/cost analyses, helping prepare client-ready work products under supervision. This internship offers early client exposure, hands-on analytics, and collaboration with senior team members on large-scale construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or in a business-related major with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with data gathering including detailed document reviews and database creation/management.
  • Performs detailed analyses of project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity, change orders and other issues related to design and construction.
  • Utilizes various computer software to analyze and model schedules, contractor production rates and costs.
  • Creates high quality work product and demonstrates exceptional quality control.
  • Prepares client-ready work product for senior level review.
  • Supports company and practice development efforts.
