Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Construction Associate to support the Construction Disputes & Advisory group. You will assist with data collection, perform schedule and cost analyses, and help produce client‑ready deliverables for large projects worldwide.

This role involves collaboration with project leaders, opportunities for early client interaction, and the use of Primavera CPM tools where needed. It requires a degree in engineering or business and fluency in Spanish, with travel and overtime as part of

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a business‑related major with strong academic performance.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish.
  • Highly motivated, energetic attitude towards work and career.
  • Strong teamwork, collaborative mindset and positive outlook.
  • Willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with data gathering including detailed document reviews and database creation/management.
  • Performs detailed analyses of project schedule delays, cost records, productivity, change orders and related issues.
  • Utilizes various computer software to analyze and model schedules, contractor production rates and costs.
  • Creates high quality work product and demonstrates exceptional quality control.
  • Prepares client-ready work product for senior level review.
  • Supports company and business group development efforts.
