The Middlesex Corporation, a national leader in heavy civil construction, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee projects from design through completion. This role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time delivery across diverse infrastructure programs.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage budgets and schedules, and enforce safety policies while reporting to the project team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in civil construction.
• OSHA 10 certified.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Oversee construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with project engineer and superintendent.
• Submit submittals, letters, and approvals.
• Manage project costs and provide quarterly cost revisions.
• Lead weekly meetings and ensure milestones.
• Closeout docs and final payments coordination.
