The CDE Engineer-Electrical will plan and provide technical oversight of field construction activities, including procurement, fabrication, installation, modification, and maintenance; Coordinate with Design agencies on new designs and design changes; perform constructability reviews and resolves field design issues; Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements; Coordinate with Quality Control to verify compliant installation and supports turnover activities; Support equipment/system startup, functional testing, and checkout; Develop computer-based construction work packages, including job-specific hazard analyses, using Asset Suite, Assisted Hazard Analysis, or equivalent; Apply Construction Engineering principles to field conditions and construction execution.
