Job summary

EnergeiaWorks is seeking a Construction Director to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across multiple regions. This hands-on leader will manage a team of Construction Managers, ensuring safety, on-time scheduling, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience managing utility-scale solar, battery storage, heavy civil, or EPC construction projects.
• Proven success leading multiple Construction Managers and overseeing several concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, project controls, and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, improve operational performance, and solve complex construction challenges.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and regional offices.
