You will advise clients, conduct rigorous legal research, draft and negotiate documents, and appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations. A JD and bar in good standing are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in corporate law and general defense litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case prep and strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations and trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
