Orionplacement is seeking an attorney to join its California construction defect practice in San Francisco. The hybrid role combines office time with local client meetings, site inspections, and case responsibilities throughout the Bay Area.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of civil litigation experience, active CA Bar membership, and strong research, writing, and client service skills. This position offers meaningful responsibilities early in your career with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and manage substantive responsibilities in construction defect litigation.
• Draft and evaluate case management orders and related litigation documents.
• Manage, review, and organize discovery throughout the life of a case.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written work product.
• Participate in property inspections and meetings with clients, experts, and other case participants.
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients regarding case developments and next steps.
• Coordinate with attorneys, consultants, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Track deadlines, organize case materials, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Take increasing ownership of matters as your litigation skills and experience grow.
