Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Construction Defect Defense Associate for an insurance-backed construction litigation practice. The role is fully remote for a Texas-focused firm with a base salary of up to $170,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of litigation experience, 2–3+ years in construction defect defense, and an active Texas Bar. Local presence in the Texas market and strong writing/case management skills are required.

• Active Texas Bar
• Must be local to the Texas market
• Strong litigation writing and case management skills

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence and case analysis.
• Attend inspections and site visits; coordinate with experts and support partners on depositions, hearings and strategy.
• Manage case progression and assist with strategy development and summarizing issues for partners.
